About MMSHRM

Metro Milwaukee SHRM (formerly HRMA, The Human Resource Management Association of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc.) is a professional organization, founded in 1925, for those involved in the human resource management profession. It is the local affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), www.shrm.org the world´s largest association devoted to human resource management. MMSHRM has greatly expanded over the years with today's membership exceeding 900 and representing over 500 employers. MMSHRM is one of the largest of the 500 SHRM affiliated chapters in the United States.

Metro Milwaukee SHRM advances the human resource profession and issues within the Southeastern Wisconsin Community by providing opportunities for professional growth, leadership development and networking of human resource practitioners and service providers to optimize their contribution as leaders and decision makers to organizations and the community.
