
MMSHRM STRATEGIC PLAN
2003-2006
It is important to the MMSHRM Board of Directors that we continually lead the organization in a way that advances both MMSHRM as well as the human resource profession and ensures that our members are provided with a positive professional opportunity. As board members, we are confident that if we continue on our strategic plan over the next few years, we will have enhanced the services that MMSHRM provides to its members and we will have contributed to advancing the image of the profession in our community of Southeastern Wisconsin.
As part of Metro Milwaukee SHRM's strategic plan for the next few years, the Board has identified four key goals. These goals are to:
- Build brand and market MMSHRM internally and externally
- Expand board member impact
- Create leading edge development opportunities for MMSHRM members and leaders
- Recruit and retain MMSHRM members.
We believe these four goals are essential for the future and continued success of our professional organization.
